So glad you had a good visit to your friend's cabin, Jeg. We spent 4 days in a cabin on a back bay of a little island across from Seattle a few years ago; it was magic Lovely pearl combos and looks, I especially love that akoya keshi necklace, and that tin cup with the glowing pendant ... Wow!

Metallic coppery, purple, pink and green, strand from Pacific Pearls (extended), a mixed rope from Kojima. and earrings I made.

Pacific Pearls metallic strand again, with copper artist pieces.

Thank you, SurfinSci, Charlotta, & Douglas. Yes, Kanaloa is a Sheri creation we collaborated on a couple of years ago before the covid hit. I have another project in mind for us to work on but the covid has affected my pearl monies. Waiting for those funds to build back up before I move forward on it. Sheri did a wonderful job & people always compliment him every time I wear him.

86C I am happy to see Kanola again and WOW your ombres...You have some amazing pieces in your collection! Congratulations on your son’s engagement and wonderful to hear about your husband’s recovery!

I am still expecting my latest package...Douglas, no mine is not the same as the one with the Fedex issue, but still it was (still is) an adventure. Now that it is quite close to me (in the same country, region even) the shipping provider on our island has decided to go on a strike...So unless they find a new one no deliveries... Waiting for this package is “ an experience” until the last minute ... My Bday is on Sunday so I am kind of hoping for a miracle ... but it is close and I am looking forward to sharing its contents with all of you!

I have been playing with my Tahitian Love strand a lot these days, added a few special color pearls from Druzy, with the last two in my last package and then I will restring it again.

I restring my south sea rope quite often as well, whenever I have new pearls to add. You have to show us all the new version of your Tahitian love strand when you are done. Maybe I should have such a tahitian project as well, it would be fun.

I seem to be criss-crossing the Sound a lot this summer. I just spent some time at my friend’s cabin on a private island across the Sound. All the owners have their own boats because it’s the only access. Rustic, but relaxing, with great views back to the city. Some smoke this week blocking the views of the mountains. Still no orca sightings with all my crossings. Saw a couple huge seals, but that was it.
A couple days in pearls-
Akoya keshi necklace from Kojima, with a SS pendant from PP. Keshi bracelet from Kamoka, and Tahitian keshi earrings from Maui Divers, Hawaii.


High luster mixed golden SS rope from PP Ruckus, with a tin cup made with vintage Biwa pearls. The large SS keshi pendant is from Druzy.
