Any suggestions on Appraisal and where to sell

Hello all, this is my first time on this site so thank you to everybody that our in the work before me. I am located in Jacksonville Florida and I have what I consider to be a large collection of pearls. I am not 100% on what type they all are. Any advice or information would be awesome. Contact me in here first and if you need more info I can give my number. Thanks everybody.

Ps. My wife has been collecting them since she was a kid and I have been given sole ownership and rights to them. I have an online store that I have posted some of the ones I can very. I just have too many. Here are some pics

Just to let you know, there is no selling on this forum.

I'm sorry to say all the pearls I see in your photos are low grade cultured freshwater pearls from China, many of them dyed. They really don't have any commercial value.

But if you want to put them all in a bag and eBay them for crafters to use, go for it.

I agree with PD. They are low quality Chinese freshwater pearls like you'd find in craft stores. Some are dyed, some are not. They are not worth very much, I'm afraid. Only a few dollars total. They are not worth getting appraised.

Just wanted to echo the above.

They're cool to look at and fun to make things with, for sure! - But no significant monetary value.

Hope you find something cool to do with the collection!

Sorry, but I agree with the other members. These are inexpensive Chinese Freshwater pearls. Some are dyed & some are not, but they are not valuable. These would be used for craft projects & don't appear suitable for jewelry. Personally, I don't think they would be worth getting them appraised.

Absolutely agree. These have basically no value at all. I'm sure that's hard to hear but the fact is they are very low quality, dyed in many cases, Chinese Freshwater pearls. Definitely don't spend money on appraisal. You could try Ebay .. sell them as a group lot... for craft work.
