0 - 50 posts: young spat (or foreign body?)
51 - 100: ready for grafting
101 - 500: first-graft pearl
501 - 1000: second-graft pearl
1000 - 2000: third-graft pearl
2000 - 3000: natural pearl
3000+: ..?
