A Year of Pearls in the Life of a Pre-K Teacher:

Ooh la la, BAS!! Sexy pearl pendant, happy hour and a very provocative back drop!! You look like a very happy pearl girl!!

I didn't realize I took that selfie in front of Victoria's Secret!

Love your collection! Do you have a favorite set?

I don't have one favorite set. I have several favorite pearls or strands. The "Fire Goddess" fireball above is one of my most favorite single pearls. I adore my new WSS drops. I'm enchanted by my pistachio akoya set. I love love my graduated metallic triple strand.

DAY 161:

This metallic souffle, which I dubbed "The Eggplant", blows me away:

I always love to see Fire Goddess. That looks like quite the happy hour: pearls, cocktails and lingerie! I hope your "going out" set of WSS pearls will be making an appearance at the ruckus. Ooh, and the new SOC mabe set, too.

That Eggplant is such a little darling ... a scene stealer :)

Oh wow, that eggplant is really metallic. How big is it?

I don't remember, but it's just a wee thing that truly packs a powerful punch. One of my students actually said today, "Ms. BAS -- that looks like an eggplant!"

BAS, LOVE your eggplant... I've never met an eggplant I didn't love!

There is something just magical about your "Eggplant", BAS :) One of my very favorites of your many lovely pieces!

Oh wow, that eggplant is incredible! I love it.
