Perles de Tahiti of the other kind

*SIGH* He's married. And married to a woman whose guidebooks I've wanted to purchase! Lonely Planet!!!

His photography takes me to another world. His pearls, the same. I adore Josh and wife! What a way to live!!!

I need to get there...

My, oh my...what absolutely fabulous photographs! Thanks for bringing our attention to Josh's site.

Josh, if you are reading this, your site is gorgeous... May publishers be knocking on your cyberdoor to purchase and publish your amazing work.
I had seen celeste's site - you guys seem like an awesome team!

and I've passed them to a couple of photographers so they should learn.

Josh,

My hat is off...you are one incredible photographer and let me tell you I've met some great photographers (NGeo fame) and I can place you next to them.

Kudos!!!

Incredibly well done photos. When I saw the Hermit crab I was reminded of the ones we had many years ago...

Josh is a pretty unique guy. I met him a couple of years ago in Tucson. He was wearing a choker of stunning Tahitian pearls. After going to his website, Kamoka Pearls, I was totally intrigued with his life style of living and working on a small French Polynesian Island farming pearls. His photography has the same quality and care that he gives his pearl farm. I have had a life long fascination with photography and the places it can take me. I admire the care he gives his pearl farm and his photography.

Aw gee (pan to picture of Josh bright red) you guys are too nice. Sheryl, don't worry there's no chance of me giving up my first love (pearls). Taking photos is just a really fun outlet for creative expression and ultimately is complementary to the pearl gig.
Thanks too Judi! In the words of Pearl-Guide member John675, "pearls are for everyone." :)
