My first purchase with Pearl Paradise and customer service is lacking. It was not a good experience.

Well, they just sent a very nice email which made me feel better. I guess my purchase wasn’t in a big enough amount to merit much attention.

I just checked into this to see what could have happened. We were closed for the holiday yesterday, so that's why the Friday message wasn't responded to until today. My apologies!

Ah, that wouldn't matter! We are just closed on weekends and holidays. So if someone sends an email on Friday night, the the team would normally respond on Monday morning. Monday was Labor Day, so they did on Tuesday morning.

I think we in the USA sometimes forget that not everyone is aware of American holidays. Glad you were able to make your purchase after PP reopened on Tuesday.
