These are from Kamoka Pearl. I'm still trying to recover my senses enough to type coherently.... The pearls are 8mm. - 11mm., grade A and B.

So, now I think I'd like to try making a torsade necklace. But I don't know how to twist the strands so they remain twisted permanently. Or do I simply make a multi-strand necklace and the twisting is done when putting the necklace on, using the clasp to keep the thing twisted ? Any tips please ?

As the title - they may not even be pearls as such. They don't appear to be faux - gritty on the teeth and irregular shapes. Beautiful, silvery-white/grey colour with rainbow irridescence. They are flat on the backs, not rounded. I just love them, but have no idea what they are, so any info...
