Show Us Your Pearls In Action!!!

Thank you Jeg and Douglas!

@jeg Loved seeing your fabulous white tahitian keshis!!! And your fabulous stuffed shell pendant today with those lovely matching earrings. The turtle beads and tahitian center piece on your Kojima necklace are so pretty and unique. I *really* love your orchid dress, as well (at least I think they are orchids, haha)! Orchids are my second-favorite eye candy to pearls, and your dress and 86C's drop earrings are tdf.

Late to posting, but wore my SS necklace from Pearl Paradise and Atlas SS keshi studs from Pearlescence yesterday.

Thanks, SurfnSci! Yes, it’s an orchid print. You made me think about pulling out the few orchid and pearl pieces I have to wear. They haven’t been out for a while. Your SS pieces are lovely! I don’t remember seeing the strand before. It looks so great on you!

A white Edison pearl from PP that I chose at a Ruckus and had set on a little h bail. Worn on an Akoya keshi chain and with Akoya studs from Takahashi Pearl.

Thank you, Jeg! I think that was the debut pic of that WSS necklace :) Also, that is one gorgeous Edison pendant, wow! It looks amazing with your Takahashi earrings. I just love your Collins pearls today too, especially those tiny Ts; the earrings you made are lovely.

Rikitea keshi from Druzy and a T ring (pearl from JNBgems) for me today.

Thanks so much, SurfnSci! The colors and shapes of your Rikitea keshi are fantastic! They work perfectly for a bracelet.

A golden SS strand from Kojima, with a bracelet I made with Murano beads my friends gave me from their trip to Italy.

I posted some blue Akoya last week and mistakenly listed the stud earrings as my large baroque Akoya pair, but I realized they were a pair of the round grey studs from Takahashi when I went to grab the actual baroques. Here’s the real pair of large baroque Akoya (very roundish) from Takahashi Pearl, worn with an Akoya wave strand from Hawaii, and a strand I knotted with multicolored Vietnamese Akoya from the Hong Kong show.

Love those blues, especially the wave necklace! 💖

You've had so many gorgeous pearls and dresses this week, Jeg!!! Love your Baggins strand and your Kojima GSS. Your Takahashi akoya strand is amazing - it looks so lovely paired with those drop earrings and the colors in your dress!

Thank you so much, SurfnSci! I do tend to live in dresses, but this is more casual since I was trying to get some work done. The necklace didn’t last too long because of that. A carved amethyst from Druzy. Celeste (Kamoka) added the little Kamoka keshi for me. The macrame bracelet is also from Kamoka, the grey Akoya studs are from Takahashi Pearl, and I made the pearl chain with strands from Kojima.

Such a lovely casual look, jeg. Love the little blue pearl necklace....Akoya?

It's an Akoya day. Blue Akoya rope paired with small multi color Akoya rope & blue Akoya & Sapphire briolette earrings.

Dreary day with rain & thunderstorms so I decided to bring out some golden sunshine to brighten things up. PP Akoya Keshi necklace with a David Norman GSS diamond enhancer. Golden shoulder dusters a la Purranha ( thanks for letting me copy the style.) & the golden sister ring to my favorite Tahitian ring.

I remember those shoulder dusters, 86C, and Purr’s as well. Love them! I also really like that delicate Akoya necklace and your fanciful nails!:D So happy you decided to join us, Marlakins!!! They are called several things, and cornflake pearls would be one of them. They look great on you! A perfect length and fun to have the clasp in front. I hope you will share more of your collection!;)

Wearing a tiny cowrie, coral, and keshi necklace with a vintage gold heart clasp from Kojima, an Akoya tin cup I made, and peachy golden studs from Katbran.

Yes, Jeg, I really enjoy wearing the shoulder dusters, especially in the hot humid summer months! I wish PP would offer the keshi necklaces again in a longer length....maybe a 20 inch for layering. They're light & versatile; perfect for hanging pendants & enhancers. Love those peachy studs & Akoya tin cup!

Thanks, 86C! I made the little Akoya tin cup with extra pearls I had from my multicolored strand and I am surprised how much I wear it.

A large golden SS keshi strand from Takahashi Pearl, with a golden SS ombré rope from PP, and tiny seed pearl earrings from little h. The goldens kind of lit up in the sun. They are a deeper gold than in the clothes pic. Really, that tends to happen in all my pics as I can’t capture the color so far away.
