Do you happen to have a picture of the other side (periostracum)? Just curious to see any evidence of double-lip or possible remains of infection that could confirm "Natural mabe".

Natural or Not is depending by GIA,
if i am not mistaken that we call that blister, correct me if I am wrong

Yes, GIA would say that it is a natural blister pearl, after the proper x-ray examination. Wonder what's inside. Cyril is right. Usually there is evidence on the outside of the shell. Hurry!
