My pearls

Thank you Katbran. I have used a lot of Pearlescence pearls in my remakes. They are always gorgeous and I have bought lots of pearls from her and probably will buy many more. I have another remake with her pearls to show tomorrow.
Here are some more photos of my new waverope. Forgot to post it with matching earrings. Funnily enough, my mismatched green tahitian studs from OceansRhyme have both colors of those blue green pearls in them, even though they are mismatched.

That lighter color is in those pearls as well.

Gorgeous, Charlotta, all of them. I adore the blue circle pearls from CMW - I bought their sister strand, the bright blue one. But mine is still a bracelet :) Though a few spare pearls from the bracelet are now in my small circled strand.

SydK, thank you. Your new bracelet is very pretty. I love bracelets, but couldn't resist making an ombre rope with them.

I totally forgot to post the photos of my new project with Wendy.

Found some more green pearls in my leftover pile. Some might not accually make it into the strand but it's a start.
_20201225_140351.jpg
I also have these two stretch bracelets that I made with leftover pearls, I don't like them like they are, to peacocky. Might find some green pearls in these.
_20201219_154304.jpg
I also have this green circled tahitian extender...
_20201219_160806.jpg
There are some very pretty green shades in those pearls. Would have to make a new short extender if I cut it apart.

Charlotta, I can tell you’re feeling much better because you are spinning with remakes! SydK and Charlotta, I was eying a strand on CMW, but it sold.:( I love your projects with them.

As promised my 39 inches long silvery blue akoya rope with a scatter of silver tahitians and white south sea pearls. The pearls are 6-12,8mm. The photos didn't turn out quite as I intended, it is very cold out on my closed in outdoor room at the summercabin. No heating there and it's frost outside. I make a new attempt today. I also may change out the orbit clasp for one of my regular clasps. It's to big for the pearls. The silvery blue akoyas are from Pearlescence, the 2 silver tahitians from Cees and then some white south sea pearls from my leftover pile.

There is also not much light even at mid day this time of the year.

It's great for layering. Tangled with my white south sea rope (mostly Pearlescence).
_20201225_141114.jpg
And with my mixed sizes tahitian rope (mostly Cees and some Druzydesign).
_20201225_145317.jpg
The smaller akoyas keeps the weight down.

I got some better photos of my new akoya rope. But it was rather cold.

Pretty with my blue baroque south sea studs from Pearlescence.

It's great combined with my ombre blue rope from cmw pearls.

And with my newly remade white south sea rope (mainly Pearlescence)

_20201226_115029.jpg
The colors also looks great together with my really long mixed sizes tahitian rope (mostly Cees, some Druzydesign)
_20201226_115112.jpg
Might restring my new rope with my usual clasp now. That orbit clasp bother me...

What lovely photos you’ve managed to take, despite the low light. Your new rope is beautiful, and the blue ombré looks spectacular, too.

Thank you SydK. I manage to restring the akoya rope yesterday and change the clasp. Since I was restringing it I added a beautiful blue green drop pearl near one of the silver tahitians and a huge 14,4mm baroque white south ses pearl near the back. I show you all later if the weather cooperates. There is some kind of storm outside and the rain doesn't help, the frost dissapeared yesterday evening. Since the indoor plumbing isn't finished yet, probably will be finished by summer, trips to the big litterbox outside isn't all that fun. But the light in the outdoor room beats the light at home every day and at night you can see all the stars (no street lights, nor streets)

Home again, other home that is. Dreadful storm.to drive through. I did get some photos of the akoya rope before we left the summercabin.

I was thinking about my green tahitian strand project yesterday. Mostly my green pearls looks very similar. Might be greener with some added gemstones? I have ordered some tourmalines and peridots from Druzydesign. Last time I tried buying tourmalines they were very dull looking, sort of murky. I didn't buy them from Druzydesign last time, I think that I got them from some gemseller from India. I hope that these are better. Some of Druzydesigns photos of the gemstones and one on some big green tahitian drops that I have stashed away. The tahitians looks very bring on their own.

What do you think. I have no idea how ro combine them. I also have some round jade beads somewhere. I still want an all green all pearl strand. But it might be a while before Wendy can travel and pick them out herself. That strand will be glorious. I do have some beautiful green pearls in my rainbow strand that she picked out. One is a pretty grass green. In the mean time I have to console myself with green gems....well the shipping might take a month or so...

I bought some Druzy gems myself this week. Mine are for earrings. Looking forward to seeing what you do with yours!;)

Oh Charlotta your new blue ombre rope is to die for!!!!! Stunning!!!! Such a beautiful color graduation, love love love it!!! And your akoya rope is gorgeous as well, silver blue akoyas have a special place in my heart.
I think you will be happy with gems from Druzy, I have bought some tourmalines from her and the quality was amazing! Looking forward to your new creations!

Thank you Jeg, eolian pearls and Pattye.
Looking forward to see your new earrings Jeg. I might use some of those tourmaline crystals for earrings.
Eolian pearls, I love that blue ombre rope as well. Sometimes designs don't work the way I intend them to, but that rope almost fell into place by itself. I often prefer silvery akoyas to blue ones. Especially in combination with tahitians.
Pattye, I couldn't resist all those lovely green colors. I am also curious about how the gemstones looks against my green akoyas. Might just enhance the color.

I have also bought 3 carved moldavite beads from agustus-collection, but they haven't arrived yet. This is one of agustus-collections photos.
_20201229_191446.jpg
So pretty. I did get my latest order from agustus-collection this week. Just before christmas they had some beautiful carved octopus pearl pendants with gemstones. I bought one white south sea pendant and one tahitian pendant. I couldn't decide so I bought them both. The tahitian one has diamond eyes and the south sea one has emerald eyes. I also bought a shepherd hooks findings with emeralds.
_20210101_135938.jpg
The photos of the shepherd hooks aren't all that great. I added my copper green tahitians earrings from Cees on them.
_20210101_140106.jpg
I also tried using my golden south sea strand from Cees as props.
_20210101_141052.jpg
The photos of the pendants are a little better. With my multicolored 7-8mm tahitian strand from Druzydesign as props.
_20210101_140239.jpg
_20210101_140316.jpg
I have been using both pendants with my deep golden south sea studs from Oceanscove.
_20210101_140418.jpg
_20210101_140443.JPG
I can attatch them to my clasps.
_20210101_140507.jpg
_20210101_140551.jpg
But these pendant findings that agustus-collection uses are perfect with a clasp I got from Pearlescence, I don't remember with what though. I tried using it with some peach freshwaters...well I don't like those peach pearls. I think that I am going to add the clasp to a tahitian keshi rope. I have 2 strands arriving from Druzydesign soon, I hope. They have been stuck in custom for 2 weeks now. I wanted to have a keshi rope to use with my keshi tassel. That one has silver findings. I can however use the rope with the tassel and flip it around and add the pendants to the clasp whenever I want to. The now cut up peach rope. But you can see the clasp, perfect with that finding. The scarab pendant has the same finding as the carved octopus pearls.

Wow, lovely pictures of so many beautiful strands, Charlotta !

You have been busy, so you must be feeling a bit better now. Love the shepherd hook earrings. They look lovely with the copper green tahitian pearls. And love that kitty, is fond of pearls as well. Had to get those toes into the picture! lol

Wishing you a happy New Year !

Thank you AzFlyGirl and a happy new year to you as well. The cats are always trying to get my attention when I read or try to take photos. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to shake that white pillowcase that I use under the pearls because of cat hair. The big one often tries to steal pearls but what she really love to steal is tread with a needle on it. Cannot leave it for a second, some months ago the phone rang and I forgot all about that tread. Second later I caught her trying to eat tread and needle, the needle was all mangled. Luckily I could get it all out of her mouth, not without complaints, so no harm done. She is worse than a small child, since she can reach most anything. And is very crafty with her paws, even opening some Doors and such

Today I am wearing my new carved tahitian octopus pendant (on my grandmothers gold chain) from agustus-collection with my mixed south sea and tahitian strand (Pearlescence, Cees and Druzydesign) and my deep golden south sea studs from Pearlescence. They look great together.

I tried to get some more photos of my new shepherds hooks finding, with the copper green tahitian pearls on them. With a pale golden south sea bracelet with a vermeil gold bead from agustus-collection. I don't know if I have shown you that before. My bracelets change faster than even I can keep up with.
_20210102_140546.jpg
And with my newish mixed white south sea rope (mostly Pearlescence)
