Mini-RUCKUS South East!

Tiger PM'ed me and suggested we meet up, since we both live in Orlando. I'd totally forgotten that she lived in Orlando, too. I also invited my weaving friend Merrily (or Herrick1000) to a mini-Ruckus South East at my house. I have corrupted Merrily to the pearl side and she's halfway through the Pearls-as-One course. We met at my house this morning for tea and pearls and handwoven linens!

My latest pearl purchase arrived during Pearl Tea. South Sea and Tahitian mismatched earrings from OceanRhyme. It was my first unboxing ceremony.

I had forgotten to put on earrings this morning, so my new pair were perfect with the rest of the pearls I had layered on. Everything Bagel strand and long SS and BBA tin-cup from Kojima. Pistachio akoyas from Pearl Paradise with a freshwater pendant from Kojima. My Mom's freshwater pearl bracelet. SoC ring from Douglas and PP. BBA ring from Takahashi.

What a fun time we had at Bweaves' house! I was oohing and ahing over all the amazing pearls and had to chuckle when she said, 'Ok, now we'll switch to white pearls.' She has an incredible collection of pearls in every color, shape, and size. When I returned home a few hours later, my hubbie asked how we could take so long to drink tea...LOL.

Merrily also got her OceanRhyme necklace while we were doing the Mini-RUCKUS, but she had to wait until she got home to receive her package and to send me photos.

First up, Zoey modeling it. It has different types of colorful pearls with long, twisted, silver beads in between. It's double layered.
