I have tryied an other light to photograph pearls... What do you think about ?
You can see one pearl, not the best, double-sided
Prime is my wife's hand, full of all the pearls carved at time, together.

More lovely photos ... the shot of the pearls on your wife's hand lends scale and a natural color reference, and the richness of all the pearls reflecting off each other ... very nice!

It's just a mystery ! My wife have taken pearls in her hand, without any arrangements... I have only put the flower between theirs fingers... And it's my best photograph ! One shot, outdoors, in the shade...

Soon ! I hope it will able to well show my creation. I'll make several photographs, each side of pearl, position of hole, to give the most informations to the buyiers.

It's seems that Etsy shop is a good idea... Well, to build such a service is a serious matter. I must find nice packaging... In China, again, and work so much my pearls than my page and sendings.
It's a challenge, taking into account that I can produce only one or, sometimes, two pearls utmost a day... if I find right pearls to do.
Other carved pearls are made by serial production, it will never be (even impossible) with mine, always pieces of art, unique.
I hope so much to satisfy everybody's wishes.
I'll manage to do it. Thank you for your support !

You are understanding how difficult pearl photography is, and doing good work capturing the essence of your artistry!

Don't worry, I work carefully... My lungs have been yet burned by dust of a precious exotic wood I carved... an horror, to change all my life in only ten minutes !
About photography, it's an horror, too, but not so dangerous.
I try many ways to do, but each of my pearls needs a special plan, and I have so many difficulties to find only one!

Hi Nahanni,
...Smile... Rococo is not really my artistic way, but I like to give a special kind of life to the pearls, and it can seem rococo when the subject to work is yet baroque.
