Pearls farm in Hong Kong

I'd like to ask a question, maybe someone knows.

Is this a real farm?

Yes, this is managed by David Wong. He is the guy behind metakaku and his father owns Fukui Shell Factory. They supply the nuclei to a lot of producers.

I haven't visited this farm, but my understanding is that it is not so much a commercial farm as it is an educational tool.

Thank you very much for your answer. I thought it was an educational tool. My friends are planning to visit it, and I'm thinking of going with them.

Dear Jeremy, maybe you have some information. Could David or his father have farms, for example, in China or other regions? I looked at their website; it hasn't been updated since 2021. They offer pearls for sale. But there's no information whether the pearls are from their farms or if they're wholesale?
