I'm expecting it to be quite different from my pearl farm trip. But I'm excited for it to be different.

BWeaves, I loved it there because I loved the beaches up north.

I was so fortunate to be able to spend some time with Mr. Seki at the Takahashi office while I was in Kobe. This is just a start of my purchases
A platinum ring set with baroque blue Akoya.

Mr. Seki also set aside a couple of their gold posts for me and kindly glued two sets of pearls I had purchased while on my pearl farm trip in November. A pair of faceted FW pearls from Komatsu Cutting factory, and a pair of seed pearl, pearls from The House of Keshi.

Which earrings to wear with my new Kojima necklace of dyed freshwater pearls and gemstone beads? Mismatched blue baroque akoya and Tahitian drops from OceanRhyme? Various dyed freshwater drops from Kojima? Or mismatched Tahitian drops from Kamoka in the center? All the earrings look good with it, but I think I'm going with the Kamokas today.

This necklace is so easy to wear. No clasp. Just over the head and done. And the gemstones really glow when the sun hits them. It's hard to photograph the pearls in shade to make the pearls look good and photograph the gemstones in sunlight so they look good.

Thanks! The addiction to pearls grows. I really like the Kamoka Tahitians, too. That mismatched pair goes with everything.
