JP - so very pretty ! I must say I've always had a preference for the lighter colours ! Good job on the knotting ! A really lovely strand and of course you keep the stations !! I'd never let those go !!

Thanks. I made this strand for a friend of mine who has blonde hair blue eyes...traditional Tahitians are just too dark for her skin tone, and she really wanted something that would work well with her wardrobe of navy, black and white. I think these were the perfect solution!

I highly recommend Jacques/Pearl House...however, be prepared to assemble your strand yourself, or invest in someone doing it for you. If that's too much, I also recommend you take a look at Pearl Paradise as they have a Tahitian sale going on right now!

I just finished a pastel Tahitian strand and photographed it next to some other pastels...I just love the colors of all these pearls! I made the strand for someone else, but the pearls are so so pretty, I'm kind of having a difficult time saying goodbye!View attachment 44318

JerseyPearl, what are the size of the pastel Tahitan strand? They are gorgeous.

That strand measures between 8.9mm and 10.9mm, and just a tad over 19 inches.
