I bought this pearl strand necklce @ $56 with 14k gold beads and clasp - 24.5 inches in length.

I don’t have this length of pearl necklace yet and for a price, I bought it. Would you know what kind of pearls does this necklace have?

It's made up of baroque akoya pearls. For $56, especially with 14k findings, you made a great purchase.
