Thanks so much, PearlyLibrarian! It is like a dream to be able to play with so many fabulous pearls, not to mention pearl friends. I’m looking through the pics that Clint took and will post those in the “mini Ruckus 2025” thread as soon as I do a little sorting. Ahhh, the blue studs are beautiful! Studs are just so wearable. I love pearl studs!
Love everything BWeaves! Love the shark pieces, but not sharks in real life. For several years, shark week seemed to always happen on a week when I was in Hawaii. Just a little unsettling… although I’ve seen way more sharks when I’ve visited the Florida coast.
Wow, Syrie! That’s a serious neck-full of SS’s. They look gorgeous together.
I’m trying to behave right now because I just bought a new car last week, but I did manage to bring a couple goodies home from our PP visit. A pair of little h Tahitian and white diamond studs, and a bracelet length of mostly white Fiji keshi. I knotted the Fiji keshi into a bracelet, but it ended up being longer than I anticipated and I really wanted to use all the pearls, so I went with plan B and created a short length tin cup necklace. It would look great in white gold, but I rarely wear white metals so I stuck with my usual yellow.
Goodies from the PP mini Ruckus visit-
I finished the necklace last night and wore it to brunch this morning with baroque blue studs from Takahashi and a Baggins Akoya wave rope from Hawaii.
