Hooray! My first saltwater necklace and it's tahitian one. Also my first attempt in stringing (the first photo) done with the guide of magnificent
Pearl Dreams.
I was scary to tug too tight, so after several days thread stretched and I needed to restreched with a firmer approach. My inexperinnce lead to tree pearls perished (only one from pressure, two others because I was silly enought to let knot to slip within the pearl with the remnants of glue and it was a deadstuck situation). Luckily, I expected something like this to happen, so I purchased slightly more pearls that I need.
I did my second try with the classic japenese method and shortened the length slightly so it would match this particular blouse. I am really happy with light-blue-silver to greenish ombre and pearls elongating into drops to create this non-standart look. I'll left regular look for other necklaces, this one supposed to be artistic

. Photos 2 and 3 is how necklace is now, quite tight, but I am sure after a couple of days it will be just right.
