Was given this set of pearls for my wedding day. I love them.
But would also like to know what I have.
Gritty on the tooth. Stamped with 14k and three letters that are hard to read. The first and second letters are P and J I believe. Heavy. Cool to the touch. What a nice wedding gift to receive from your grandmother!

They are cultured freshwater pearls. They don't have a bead inside them to make them round, which means they are nacre all the way through. This makes them very durable and suitable for daily wear.
