how can those poor girls keep their eyes focused on the right critera with som many pearls around them?

most of this pearls girls sitting more than 8hours everyday to choose or pick the pearls. its not good to thems healths.although they are so closed to so many nice pearls,but to them ,just working no more.

To me it seems that the workers in China usually have pretty bad working conditions so that?s not really a surprise to me...

but of course today,the workers conditation at china have a better change ,more salary and more confortable.
but in facts to the pearl industrial. they cant leave labour force, the whole precess of made a finished peals need labour force,cant replace by machine.
