More info on gift?

Hi, I got these for my lil sister, and would love more info on them if possible. Thank you for any info or guesses ya’ll are able to provide.

They feel gritty, they are ~5mm, the clasp has 14k and a triangle or maybe a 4 on it, it’s hard to make out. I don’t have any history on them, I bought them from eBay. They have small imperfections, the one I pictured in the third pic on the side of the pearl is the only one large enough for my camera to really pick up. I do apologize for not having the latest phone with the best camera.

Some look a bit egg shaped rather than perfectly round. Is that true, or is it just distortion from the camera?
If a bit egg shaped/oval, they are freshwater pearls from China. If all are perfectly round, they are akoyas.

They look pretty right on round to me, but that’s definitely to the untrained eye. Would you like another pic? They reflect a lot of light, so it’s hard to get a super accurate pic of them, should I try going in a less sunny room?

In that first photo they look a bit oval to me.

If they look that way to your eye, in person, they are freshwaters.
