Looking for a Drilling Coach!

I purchased the Japanese green drill this year & have been decent with modifying round pearls. BUT what do I do with the baroques? Some of the wilder shaped pearls simply do not clamp securely into the pearl cups. Is there a different setup I can use to secure baroques, maybe try a flexshaft and pearl vise?
