These pearls were bought for me circa 2003 in Japan, after my First Holy Communion. However, I have only recently become interested in them and their quality, as I only formally received them for my 18th birthday. Could you tell me how much they are worth, what their possible grade is, and so on? It would be much appreciated. I can't believe I owned these for such a long time without ever really appreciating them!
They are oval shaped, a bit irregular, different shades of pink, silver- dark pink and almost ivory pink, some even a bit peachy/corally/orangey?
Colours appear slightly darker on camera than in real- generally none of the individual pearls stand out drastically from the others in real, and the whites are whiter, not as gray. I can take photos on a sunnier day if needed. Colours more natural in first picture.
