Beading Merries and Mishaps by Cece

I have Tahitians strung on a long black cord that I wear A LOT because it's so easy to throw on. The length is around 48" but the pearls are spaced out. So, it's knot-pearl-knot then a long section of cord, knot-pearl-knot, sometimes knot-pearl-knot-pearl-knot, long section of cord, etc. Some are single pearls, some double, some triple. I don't have it with me or I'd take a photo. The pearls are scattered along the length of the cord.
I thought of it since your pearls have large drill holes. I found a photo -- it's not me but this is my necklace.
Wow, that sounds lovely! I like how the pearls are spaced out; it must give the necklace a light and effortless feel. Do you find it works well with both casual and dressy outfits?

I think it could be worn with dressier outfits. For your pearls, a white cord with white pearls could look very pretty.
