AAHHH! New Adoption - Octo Mermaid Playdate & Hippocampus!

Lovely and whimsical one-of-a-kind pieces. Wear in health! And I'll be meeting them soon in person.
 
Purranha, your new pieces are so cool -- I can't wait to see them at the ruckus. I'm in awe of Sheri's creations. I think I spotted hipocampus earrings with dangling pearls in the first picture?

You are correct- sharp eyes! It is a fabulous pair of Hippocampus and Merlion earrings - pearls are dangling instead of incorporated into the torso. The tails are nicely enameled. Hippocampus and MERLION!!! How cool of a pair is that?

I have cropped & enlarged the picture here. They are still up for adoption if you are interested and I hope they go to a great home!

Purranha I've tried so hard to refrain from this post, because I don't want to get hooked! BUT YOUR KIDS ARE SO DARN CUTE - I can't resist, and can't wait to meet you and your adorable kids at the ruckus!!
 
Your pictures are so adorable and give the little creatures such personalities. I bet they feel very welcomed! Love your kitty, too!
 
these are sooo beautiful! Especially love the mermaid and octopus, I would have chosen the rose finish as well. Does La Corsetiere has an etsy shop or a way I can contact her for a commission? I am getting a pretty baroque SoC pearl that I would love to make into an octo-mermaid pairing [not sure yet]. It is a shame I will miss Ruckus this year, but next year I will definitively attend (and bring the Grace/Mermaid's Trove rope]

You can find Sheri's user profile, send her a private message, and she will respond and let you know how to carry the process forward and switch convo to your respective emails if that's easier. She is awesome to work with - you will really enjoy the adoption process and your new babies! :eek:

I now have octo babies in regular bronze, rose bronze, enamel (over silver) and regular shiny silver with a hint of oxidization on the bottom part to show off the tentacle details. I love them all - different colors work for me in different combos. During regular wear, I really enjoy the bronze. The rose bronze goes beautifully with mermaid's enamel tail, and there is just something whimsical with the enamel ones. I love them all!

Congrats on your upcoming adoption and please post oodles of pictures when they arrive!
