What kind of cultured pearls are these?

Could you please help me identify these cultured pearls? The seller states they're cultured pearls but I'm not sure if they are freshwater or saltwater pearls. Thanks.

Thanks. They are 3.9-3.5 mm with 14k white gold and 1.25 ctw diamonds. 13 inch necklace. Gross weight: 70 grams. How much do you think they are worth?

Clearly the pearls need to be cleaned and completely restrung. Quality of the diamonds is unknown. Pearl quality difficult to tell. It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

They don't look too bad on my laptop. Stringing would be quite an undertaking! I'd opt for a gentle bath and see how they look, and a Diamond Dazzle stick to clean the diamonds.
