What are these pearl worth?

I am recently very into pearls and looking at both south sea pearl and the Akoya ones. These are the two I saw online and wondering if they’re real pearls and is it worth to buy? If they are, what sort of price are they sitting?

I suspect the first one be the south sea pearl?

Is the second one Akoya pearls?

Haven’t asked them about the warranty and return yet, they have a physical store (it’s a cash converter store) and claimed it’s18k solid gold. They did state it’s pearl with some diamonds on the description but when I asked what kind of pearl is it, they said not sure. Some more photos on the necklace. If that provides more info?
