We could judge them better if photographed against a white background, in focus, and without flash.
But in the meantime, try this simple "tooth test": rub two of the pearls together gently or rub one gently against the biting edge of your front tooth.
Real pearl nacre will feel somewhat gritty when rubbed this way. The coating of imitation pearls, by contrast, glides smoothly.
If you happen to have some real pearls (or other glass imitation pearls) on hand, leave this strand and the known-real or known-glass pearls in the same ambient temperature for a half hour or so. Then hold them against your lip, which is very temperature sensitive. Glass imitation pearls will feel warmer.
