The Colors of Fiji - J Hunter Pearls Fiji

It wouldn't be fair to say that the coloration of the typical Tahitian pearl is ordinary, but after seeing the unusual colors of J Hunter Pearls Fiji, they might look tame in comparison.

These wildly baroque cultured "Tahitian" pearls are really Fijian pearls from the same mollusk, Pinctada margaritifera. Same mollusk, but a different world of hues. And there are plenty of round pearls produced there, as well.

If you haven't seen the J Hunter Pearls Fiji website, you are in for a treat. It's educational, visually stunning and filled with gorgeous Fiji pearls.
