I have recently ran onto some pearls my mother had. they are in a box with the name "cultra" in the bottom There are 3 strands. The one strand has 84 pearls with 1 inbetween the latch and the end.One has 87 pearls and one inbetween the end and the latch.This one has a tag on it that is marvella or marvela.then there is one I guess for the wrist, it has 57 smaller pearls on it. I would call them natural in color or ecru. I am doing alot of guessing on these. Any information on these would be appreicated.wheatSize, I do not know.

Is it possible that it says 'Cultura' instead of 'Cultra'?
I am unfamiliar with Cultra, but I do know that Cultura pearls are simply fake pearls. It is one of those fakes that carries a name associated with genuine pearls (cultured pearls) which I feel is simply designed to confuse the consumer as they are indeed man-made pearls, not cultured.
