Ruth's Trip to Atlas' Pearl Farm in Bali, Indonesia

For those who missed it, last year we held a drawing for a trip to Atlas' South Sea pearl farm in Bali, Indonesia! In order to be eligible, one had to be a member here with a minimum number of posts, and had to complete the Pearls as One specialist course.

Long-time member Red (Ruth) won that drawing and brought a GoPro to "take us with her!"

Thank you, Sanippy. My impression was that the less expensive B quality pearls sold better at this rural tourist venue, and the better pearls went to higher end jewelry shops.
