Pearl powder

Hey, amateur pearl enthusiast here. I have recently been reading about pearl powder made from F grade pearls and was wondering if anyone in this community had tried it. Found some products on amazon, but options are REALLY limited. Sounds a bit like snake oil to me.

Pearl powder could turn out to be Mother of pearl powder as well. If the price difference is significant (over 20%) I would instead use the second option. In the end, ground up pearls and shell are the same thing.
