Almost certainly not. Fossilized eggs look quite different.

The easiest test would be to rub it on the biting edge of your tooth to see if it feel gritty. Imitation pearls are smooth and real pearls are slightly gritty. But I wouldn't advise that with yours. It will definitely feel gritty and might damage your tooth.

Did you get this out of an oyster? If not, it's a rock.
Did you pick this up from the ground? If yes, it's a rock.
Is bigger than your pinky fingernail? If yes, it's a rock.

I know what is a rock and what is a sapphire or diamond. It isn't just a rock. Right at the beach I wouldn't pick up a simple rock

A rock never is built by nature with tiny little balls. I don't have experience with pearls. I was searching for any information I could find in the www . They are so many different kinds to find.
Curious thing is that looks like little tiny pearls .
The weight and the size is not the same like a rock.
I know that is not easy with only pictures to identify any not común mineral , ect .
Yes a esmerald is one who is easy to identify with the eyes

This pictures are showing clearly it isn't a rock, either a mineral. It is origen organic. Feels smoothly in the hand and the shiny in the sunlight it was the reason for me to take a deeper look and pick it up.

The weight and the size is not the same like a rock.

Minerals vary widely in specific gravity. From 2 to 20 on average, which is a huge range difference.

There is no such thing as "the same like a rock".

So if it's not a pearl it's an emerald then?

Emeralds do not occur in Quartzite. Emeralds (and most corundum, tourmaline, garnet, beryl) are associated with pegmatites which are igneous rocks. Quartzite is a metamorphic mineral.
