Pearl drilling machine - pdf

How can you tell if the pearl can be turned to drill from the opposite side so the hole meets in the center?

I believe this type of pearl drill has a small lever that allows the pearl, once its put into the cups, to be turned exactly 180 degrees, so the drill holes meet in the middle. I just got a drill and am experimenting with it~that's how mine works. It's most like the top drill, with the green housing.

Those two are 130ish and the bottom 170ish plus shopping. Ydk motor from Japan. Just double checking the turning part.

It appears to be the same unit found at the market in China, and I can't imagine a pearl drill that wouldn't swivel. That is one of the most important parts about the drill, so I am sure you are safe with it.

..Unless it was a really spiffy professional one such as the one I put in a picture on another thread, Jeremy. Two drills, foot operated, auto clamping..and probably rises out of the floor playing a merry tune too
