Hello everyone. I’ve been trying to identify the maker of this beautiful brooch with very lovely pearls. Are the pearls akoya? The crystals tests as diamonds. Also the back is marked 18K750 with what looks like a diamond mark? Any idea who the maker is? Any help identify the pearls and maker is appreciated.

It's safe to assume the pearls are akoyas but I don't recognize the mark.

Lovely brooch! The 18K750 is the gold marking, as 18K or 750 parts per thousand (the european version of the 18K mark).

Izzie can you take a better picture of the diamond mark or describe it? I want to know if there is anything in the middle of the diamond shape as it is indistinct. Caribe used a diamond shaped mark - the same as what I can see with a P in the middle of it but, I have never seen any Caribe in gold at all - over the years I have only ever seen sterling silver and pearls.
that’s the best I could get for photo of the mark and it was through a mag glass. *sigh* I’ve been trying to identify for so long now.Izzie...Justia has maker's marks assoc. with patents...I just haven't found and easy way look with Justia. Langs & Worthpoint also have makers marks and are easier...but still a lot of looking. Google sometimes gets maker's marks right. Google lens does a terrible job on maker's marks...not sure why.
