Need help to identify please

These pearls were gifted to me about a year ago and originally belonged to my grandmother. I’m just trying to find out what kind they are. They’re not perfectly round and have some ridges on them, with a nice soft shine. Any info would be really appreciated.

These are cultured freshwater pearls from China. They are solid nacre, having no bead inside, and very durable.
