This is a tiny pearl from Indonesia, with a weight of about 2 carats. It came to me as a natural one, but lately I was told it's not. Is it true and what is it then? Thanks!

Nobody has an idea ...

Unfortunately, there's no way to tell with any certainly that this pearl is natural, (grown in the wild) without having it examined at a lab. Some cultured freshwater pearls from China have this drop shape and gold color. As the pearl is not the most desirable size and shape, large and round, spending money on a lab report wouldn't be wise. Just my opinion~

Were you thinking of selling it?
