Anyone have stick pearls?

Anyone with stick pearls strung lengthwise? I want to make a long necklace and can’t seem to get a nice visual with searches. All I see are short.
I would love to see a pic if anyone has an opera length or longer.

Is it hard to wear peach or purple colored pearls? Hard to match skin tones and clothes?

This is what I’m going for but 35” or longer

You could add a small roundish pearl or gemstone between each stick pearl for an interesting look and possibly more supple drape.

I have long pearls strung with chain, like a tin cup. I think it's 20", though.

Sounds like a lovely idea! I especially love colored pearls; I just wear what I like, and don't think much about matching skintone or clothes.

I ordered the purple ones since I ordered peachy fireballs.

I have two of the pearl/chain necklaces, one 18" and one 20" and I layer them. The other necklace is four stick pearls that I rescued from a $10 bracelet at TJMaxx, and strung with my grandmother's Hawaiian souvenir pearls; it's casual and beachy.
