World most expensive sushi is not made by a Japanese chef, instead, it was made by a Filipino chef Angelito Araneta Junior. This most expensive sushi is made using 12 local Palawan?s Pearls, 4 .20ct African diamonds of VVS clarity and a thin piece of gold for the roll.

For the real sushi material, it uses 70 year old virgin water, 12 year old Italian balsamic vinegar, Muscovado sugar, Norwegian pink salmon, foie gras, cucumber, mango, sea cucumber that was smoked then pickled and steamed until sticky and tender.
