I think they are semi-baroque cultured akoya pearls.

Do the pearls have any back-story, anything you know about their history?

Also just for future reference, you should always evaluate pearls against a white background.

Nice luster!

They look like they could benefit from being restrung. Silk becomes weak and dirty over time, and stretches out so that there are gaps. If the silk breaks the necklace may be lost.

I'm looking at various things...
You attached an x-ray which seems to show a nucleus
The relative uniformity of the shapes and luster and color of the pearls
The shapes are common for semi baroque akoyas
The metal of the findings (silver is lower value)

Almost all pearls are cultivated. Natural pearls, created without any help from humans, are extremely rare. So you will want to distinguish between real pearls (that would be expected to be cultivated) and fake pearls that have never seen an ocean or a lake.
