What kind of pearls are these?

I got these from a friend years ago and have always wondered what kind of pearls they were. She got them from a jewelry store called Stanley in Little Rock, AR. The clasp says 14kg.

They look to me like cultured Chinese FWP.

They are a little off-round because these FWP don't have a bead inside (unlike akoya pearls.) This means they are solid nacre, and very durable.
