Show Us Your Pearls In Action!!!

Enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. Wearing a choker I wire-wrapped with J. Hunter Fiji pearls from my last visit to the PP vault, and blue baroque studs from Takahashi. Aloha!

JEG, those pearls glow in that light.

Feather pearls for me today, from Kojima. It's so hard to capture the luster, color, and iridescence of these earrings. The gemstones are white topaz, but they sparkle like diamonds. I went a little wild with my nails this time. Full glitter, cat's eye, disco ball. I'll be more demure next manicure.

I love those feather pearl earrings. They are so beautiful. Your manicure matches perfectly.

Thanks so much, Pella, MrGray and BWeaves!

I was lucky enough to catch the Hula Dog two days in a row on this trip! Its name is Paki and the new friend is Lacy.

I forgot, I did bring one more thing with me. A necklace I wire-wrapped with Akoya from an old, inexpensive strand of baroques I had. The Akoya studs are from Takahashi.

Happy weekend, everyone!

Love your feather pearls and your nails, BWeaves! Jeg, beautiful pearls and background shots  - the overtones on your bracelet are especially lovely!

Late to posting yesterday's look - Robert Wan Ts from Pearlescence (with an extender). This was originally a mixed strand that I am forever trying to ombre and it is always a work in progress... Worn with WSS studs (pearls from Pearl Paradise).

Thanks so much SurfnSci and CatMom!!

SurfnSci, you’ve done such a great job with your ombré. It’s hard to do without a big selection of pearls.

I love that set, BWeaves. The little seed pearl combination with those sapphires are so pretty together.

Rikitea Tahitian strand from Cees, a bracelet I put together with Rikitea T’s from Druzy, and cherry Tahitian studs from a PP Hong Kong Live event.

I love your pearls and how you style them Surf!

Mismatched pearls. New earrings are golden and white baroque South Sea pearls with mismatched Tahitian pearl drops from OceanRhyme. Necklaces are all akoya pearls, but the bottom strand are baroque and very pinked and about 5 years old from Pearl Paradise. Top strand is 70 years old, and the middle strand is 40 years old. I felt the mismatch in the earrings help me be more acceptable to the mismatch of the akoya necklaces.

Beautiful beautiful pearls everyone❤️❤️❤️ I hope it is not too late to wish an amazing 2026 to all the lovely pearl lovers here!

I have started the year still firmly ancored on the ban island shopping in my jewelry box(es) and look what came back with me from my Christmas visit in my hometown? This Mini Love strand from Ocean Rhyme. I think these smaller pearls (7,7-9mm) will be more wearable here. My Mom and sister got the Love strand in exchange so we are all quite happy ;-)
