Quohog Pearl found

Hello,
The other night I was eating some quohogs that I dug in Cape Cod, and I bit into this jem. I'm estimating it at 10mm. I don't know it's carat size, but it is beautiful white, and button shape. Seem to be perfectly round. I am looking to find out what it is worth, and if I should sell it, or keep it as an heirloom. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
