Please help identify pearl necklace!

They appear to be imitation pearls.
Do this simple test, though: rub two of the pearls together gently. Edited to add: I have stopped recommending rubbing pearls against teeth (“Tooth test”) Teeth are harder than pearls and can scratch them.
Do they glide easily? Imitation.
Are they gritty? Real nacre is gritty.
