Please educate me about my pearls

I bought these pearls five or six years ago from a guy selling off his parents estate. They are all around 12mm and the clasp seems fairly fancy. I’ve read A LOT about fwp vs ssp and was leaning towards them ssp’s but AI results (which I know can be wrong) has made me think twice. I would love to hear an experts opinion! Thanks!

David1, welcome to the forum. You have a very pretty strand of Chinese cultured freshwater pearls. They are bead nucleated and natural color. The ripples and irregularities in the nacre are part of their charm! The clasp appears to be gold plated with inset cz or crystals. You didnt mention finding any stamps indicating karat gold.

I agree with Pattye, and I really think they are wonderful and impressive!
They probably deserve better clasp though, this one looks pretty cheap, like Aliexpress 2$ clasp (my modest opinion).
