HELP IDENTIFYING PEARL STRAND CLASP

I would appreciate any information on this “pearl clasp“ and hallmarks. Not interested in value but more in maker’s mark/hallmark.
The pearls are not what I would consider “high quality” and the clasp “appears” to have been added to this strand.

As in previous post, this is a brand mark, not a hallmark. A hallmark is a full assay mark, applied after the metal is tested and found to come up to the required standard. It tells what the metal is, when it was tested, where it was tested, who sent it for testing
