Estate sale "faux pearl" earrings

They're definitely real pearl, am I correct in assuming these are Tahitians? ~9mm, 14k gold post. Including 60x photos of the nacre.

They could be, but I couldn't say for sure-- the center strand in this photo is dyed freshwaters; the other 2 are Tahitians.

It's probably just me, but I don't recall seeing baroque pearls set on the side like that. It's unusual.
