Does anyone recognize These symbols

I agree. Anything stamped on a clasp signifies the maker or a hallmark. Since it has a stamp of any kind, it is probably from a better manufacturer because most pearl necklaces don't get a clasp with a stamp. So it might be that the first part of "Om" is just a letter, and in this case, used as a signature of a company.
 
I knew I'd seen this maker's mark (the L and C) in PG before! In catching up on my reading here -

It's shown up somewhere else here as well, and at some point it was identified, if I remember correctly (no guarantees on memory, though I'm pretty sure).
