Dear Forum members what is wrong with this ad and the picture?

The pictured strand is freshwater, and not 11-12 (high count on a standard Chinese 17"). It is also the same pictured that has been used by this same seller many, many times. The seller that has probably never sold an Akoya strand, yet claims in evey auction that they are.
They always claim that the valuations are local (when they are challenged), but they are clearly using a $ symbol, not the local currency symbol (RMB or Yuan).

The saddest thing is that 98.7% of this seller's customers have said 'thank you' for lying to them and deceiving them.
