Can someone help me identify this pearl that grandma left me before she died, i found a word STERLING on it, grandma gave it to me like 12 years ago,

Hi there!
It is a bad photo for us to work with...I enlarged it to see a bit better, but some of the pearls gave me "imitation pearl vibes" due to their large drill holes, but some of the very pronounced surface defects screamed low-quality Akoya...so, I don't know if you would be able to send a better image?
